the founder

Faith Tshepiso Phoshoko was born and raised in Limpopo. She launched Flair Collection in 2016 out of her love for stylish and unique fashion. With her creative flair and an extensive marketing background from her long career in Corporate South Africa, she is obsessed with quality of product as well as superior service delivery.

Faith studied Science early on in her educational career but grew a strong love for the creative space, which led her to pursue what became an illustrious career in Marketing. Having worked on some of the world's most iconic brands, Faith has found a formula to bring a combination of all her acquired skills to create a brand that she not only envisioned, but has built from the ground up.

Her impressive eye for style and detail is what makes her collection so eye-catching. Her feminine touch is reflected in all her work and is bound to attract many shoppers' attention.

Flair Collection was established in 2016 with the sole purpose of creating a collection of unique fashion pieces for women with a rare flair for style. The brand has recently grown its range to include hand made decorative pieces that will add some flair to many homes. Our range is hand crafted with the finest fabrics that are soft to touch yet durable and long-lasting. Our products are popular for their unique designs that are supremely pleasing to the eye. They can easily transform any dull space into a colourful and stylish haven that you will want to show off to anyone who visits your home. Expanding the brand from fashion into the home decor space was all part of Faith's vision for the brand, which she believes will mould itself into a unique lifestyle brand that South Africans can be proud of.
